it was nice to refresh my memory from the last course i took also i liked the new additional parts that were obviously up to date with new /current methods
I was able to understand what to do in an emergency and they explained it very thoroughly.
I found the course easy to follow, and you had the opportunity to replay video's if required.
I think you need to change the training around, we get use to the answers year after year
