Clear and concise and orated very well. Each section explained simply and easy to understand.

All clear information and good demonstrations. Overall, may be better with less short videos and more longer videos to reduce the amount of times having to select the 'Continue' button.

Found this training course very simple to understand and everything was explained fully to you at each section. So much information given but nothing was a struggle to follow. Nice test at the end and was also given opportunity to look back first if needed to remember anything, I didn’t need to but is helpful for people if they didn’t do the whole training in one sitting

This course provides vital information and guidance for the role of Fire Warden.

This course gave me a lot of information on the causes of fire and how best to deal with a fire, if one ever came to past. A learnt about the fire triangle also what to do if your in a smoked filled room. Even if I never get to put what I have learned into practice, the knowledge I have gain today was hugely beneficial and has better prepared me in the event of the unthinkable.

okay for a refresher BUT in my opinion online training for people who have never done the physical fire marshall training which involves the fire brigade and putting out controlled fires is not suitable and will not realistically give the training and experience required
