Excellent training course, easy to follow video with pause function.

The course was clear and concise. Unfortunately my computer didn't play ball and I could not access the videos without them buffering for minutes at a time. I eventually had to read the course info to complete the course.

This course is very Informative and give you a clear view of what to expect and helps you to make the right choices when carrying out you duties. Enjoyable.

Useful and important even if I'm not a designated Fire Warden. One small thing, regarding the different types of fire extinguishers, if I remember correctly, the procedures for using them are all the same ie remove the security tag, remove the pin point nozzle away from the fire and squeeze trigger until extinguishing agent comes out. No need to go through that every time, maybe explain that it applies to them all at the start of that section.

I found the information given and the way it was given was really good. Very clear to follow with some very useful information and procedures, I enjoyed it alot.
