Modules were easy to understand and remember and to the point

Very informative and easy to follow course from start to finish.

excellent clear and concise delivery with helpful videos, but narrated a little fast, which mean I had to frequently pause it to absorb the info. It's also quite long, compared to other IHASCO videos.

I didn't seem to see any information on how to deal with Class D (metal) fires- perhaps one section on that would be good. Really found it useful and informative and easy to understand otherwise.

This was a very insightful and interesting course. I learnt a lot and feel much more confident in the case of dealing with a fire.

Very informative and intresting

The course was well presented with the scenarios at work. It was more informative than I first thought and there are many things to understand when dealing with accommodation, potential people at risk and knowing the complexities of the law and around working during an emergency.

EASY TO FOLLOW AND UNDERSTAND

I appreciated the short, bite size sections that made it really easy to follow and digest. Presentors were great too, and passed on the information really simply. I feel confident in my role and duties now.
