very eye opening on the basics that we all seem to taek for granted, that it is always someone elses responsibility

An easy to use programme which allows the user to learn at their own pace and the opportunity to cover parts of the training again until the user feels confident. Clear guidence given throughout and presented professionally. Multiple choice questions in the test are marked as you go along to allow the user to see straight away if their answer is correct. An excellent teaching device

Enjoyable and interesting training which can be done at your leisure.

Programme was easy to use, can be picked up and put down as needed. it was nice to have some training that I didn't need to travel too and take up to much time.

The information in the presentation was very useful even as a general update for staff training. The guidance on types and usage of fire extinguishers was very informative and the videos make it easier to see how to use them.

The training sections were interesting and did not last too long. I thought the test would be difficult but it was straightforward and well designed. I enjoyed doing the course.

An excellent training programme, well laid out with quality graphics and sound. The presentations were all relevant and gave the trainee all the information required.

Each section was explained clearly I like the video clips especially the ones showing you how to use a fire extinguisher correctly. Like the test afterwards as it makes you aware just how much you can take in such a small amount of time.

I found the training to be very informative and helpful. It has given me a far better understanding of the effects of fire and how dangerous this can be. It has given me more confidence in how to react to fire.
