I think it would have benefitted from more information about the process of actual evacuation from buildings and who does what and their responsibilities

Easy to follow, a lot of information to learn but really useful and if you take notes it stays. I know now to review our FAP - find out the assembly point and ensure I know where the fire extinguishers are kept. Really useful.
If you are to listen to this course carefully and do it properly it takes a lot longer than the estimated 40 mins. There is a lot to take in and probably one of the hardest to do as dealing with fire is thankfully not something we do on a daily basis. Ive done this course twice before and it still took me more than an hour.
