Content a ittle too comprehensive, practical training element of course is missing. Although you can keep going back it's a little difficult to concentrate within the office environment, ie done at desk, perhaps should have moved away. Had to use headphones as no sound on our computers, a little uncomfortable for any length of tme. By the time I came to take the test had forgotten some answers, luckily made lots of notes.Overall though ok. Thank you

I enjoyed the course, and would recommend it to other colleagues who require such training.

Found the bit about human behaviour very interesting. As well as the work environment I now plan to ensure I have a fire plan at home and the right equipment for small fires. My only reason for not giving a 5 is that you should make it clear that having a pad and pen to hand for notes - no one could remember all of the information and useful to refer back to.

Easy to follow instructions and found the course very informative - found out about fire hazzards i didn't know.Everyone should do this course reguardless if they work or not - it has made me more aware of fire hazzards out and about when shopping etc

A few of the segments was very long.

Really interactive, easy to use, very clear and would reccomend this to any organisation.

I found the progammes easy to follow and understand unlike some online training I have done in the past. It was nice that you could go back to the site whenever you felt you had time, rather than rush through each section.

Well laid out and not patronising whilst staying interesting.Particularly liked the behavioral test.

I felt this course was of great benefit for staff who work in supported accomadation, as it really highlighted clear questions to ensure staff have good clear understanding of their roles.
