Very easy to understand
A well put together training guide. However, to improve further, The video clip of the occupants in a meeting room who failed to evacuate when the alarm went off, was very interesting tale of human behavior. More use of videos and practical demonstrations as opposed to CGI fires and a person extinguishing the fire on a green screen is not as effective.

It was good to have the transcripts to read at your own pace and to take notes. The summaries at the end of each section were very clear to re-enforce the learning.
Good paced topics. Useful to allow to go back to areas. Easy to navigate around.
This course was very clear and easy to follow. The information was well presented and engaging due to the real life video clips and test questions integrated throughout. The course has left me feeling confident in putting my training into action.
