Very useful and good practical advice

I didn't realise how much I could learn through an online service, but I'd suggest people to take notes as I did so I can look over it.

The training session was informative and very easy to follow. The fact that you could click back onto slides you needed to watch again was an added bonus.

This was an excellent online training programme,very informative and easy to follow. Well done.

Logical training from start to finish with a variety of training aids used - video, actual CCTV footage, questions on each section and the final quiz - all very detailed and informative. I am confident i have the knowledge to fulfil the role of Fire Warden. Excellent

The programme for Fire warden was very enlightening. i could learn many things from this section specially the responsibilities, kinds of fire extinguishers to be used during emergency. I would rate the programme to be very good and knowledge based.

A very clear, concise training video - excellent tool for training.

Being asked to complete this feedback each time I access the course is irritating. The noise on the "next" button is irritating too.

This program is packed full of useful, interesting information and guidance. I would recommend this to every working employee, as it would help improve people’s reactions and knowledge in case of fire situations.
