Clear, concise and imorportant. I feel I have learned something and hope I could put it into practice should it be necesssary. It was hard to take in the section on legislation, I felt a bit sleepy! But all the other sections were clear and engaging through the use of videos and diagrams. I took the test again after only getting 80% as I found myself determined to get a 100% certificate to stick on the wall! (It only took me two more tries to get there)

Detailed but a bit tedious.

The training was very detailed and thorough and covered many different aspects. It was a little tedious though.

I would like to see a DVD with subtitles for people with hearing impairments and deafness.

I found it was very good easy to follow and easy to refresh my memory if I got a question wrong.

It was a very good programme.

Occasionally some of the information that was given was too detailed for staff of a school. However there were lots of handy hints. I probably learned more about how to use a fire extinguisher correctly as that was an area that I needed an update on. I wish I had taken more notes during the programme, perhaps that is something that should be made clearer at the beginning. During some sessions there was a lot of information to take in. Overall, it was interesting and often reassuring to think that I was already following many of the procedures being described to us.
