This is a very good programe to make you aware of the dangers of Fire and prevention that one day might save your life and others. I found I am now more aware of fire hazards that I never thought of before and would now know how to deal with different situations. I found the whole programme very beneficial and would highly recommend it.
Very useful, straight to the point and very direct.
I found this session extremely useful as a refresher. The combination of written information and videos was the right balance to keep the traininig interesting.
I didn't give it full marks because there is no facility to rewind video. Some are long and if you get interruopted there is no way to rewind a bit, without watching it all again.
It was difficult to concentrate on the video clips as the voice was not very good. The questions were quite unpredictable. How long is the certificat valid for, 1 or 3 years?
A lot of useful information and some interest videos but could be a lot shorter. Felt some of the slides with the fire officer dragged out points that could of been covered in a lot less time. The idea of a question at the end of every slide was good as it helped me to maintain focus throughout each slide in that the questions may involve any part of the slide.
The training material was in plain english and each section was clearly identified and ran through a logical sequence. It was helpful to be able to undertake the training in bite sized chunks.
If I was to train someone in this subject I would use this product again
Good examples and excellent reminders for a fire safety warden. I especially liked the study on human behaviour - very scary.
Although this was the second time I've completed this course, it still kept my interest and it was good to be reminded of the importance of the role of fire warden. I found the videos helpful, especially the ones showing how to properly use the extinguishers. The only slight problem I found is that if you're in the middle of a video or long section of narration and you need to stop, there doesn't seem to be the option to pause - it has to run to the end and then you have to start that particular bit again. A very minor grumble in an otherwise excellent training programme though.
