I like the way that the course was, it was easy to understand and learn.

It was a useful insight into fire warden training but would benefit from some practical experience as well. It was clearly set out and easy to follow. However this kind of learning requires a lot of concentration and no interruptions which cannot always be achieved in a busy work environment.

I have never completed Fire Training online before it has always been interactive at the Fire station when it was cold damp and very scary with a live fire. Ifound this interesting but at times a little slow. I had started it and then stopped, so it was good that I could go back and complete the training when it was convenient instead of missing out altogether.

Good course and easy to follow. I found the different fire extinguishers and the range, use and suitability for the various classes of fires most useful. Generally a very good course. My only negative comment is that the music was competing with the presenter doing the talking -could do with turning down the music a bit while he is talking! Very enjoyable and good information will help me in my role that is certain.
