Enjoyed the fire cousre as it has been quite a while since I attented a fire course at work,for example the change in colour of fire extinguisher and certain regulations.

The training programme was very informative and easy to understand being mainly picture and video based. There was a lot of very good content also.

An easy to follow program which was interesting and easy to take in.

The things that needs changing: For some of the pages its takes too long for certain information to display, so your not sure if theres more to come or your done, so an option of "next" for the page information itself to be displayed, or an icon which is shown until all the pages information is displayed would be good.One other thing, subtitles would be good for some of the videos, since some people doing it are in offices with other people and headphones aren't always available, which makes a lot of the learning process a case of doing other stuff while a lengthy video you can't skip plays.

Very detailed and uses a variety of videos, images and text. There is however quite a lot of talking.

Interesting way to be trained, better than a classroom. I liked the facility to rewind the video and listen again, bit difficult to do that in a classroom. I also liked the questions at the end of each section, this helped set the information firmly in my memory. I have enjoyed this training session and would recommend it to others.

My concern was the length of the video which scores 1 star, its quite daunting in a very busy schedule, but to put it into perspective, if 2 hours of my time saves lives then judging the quality and thoroughness and detail of the video then it must be 5 stars
