A very intensive and time consuming programme which clearly indicates the importance of the content. The step by step guide was easy to follow and the content presented in a very interesting and informative manner!

Excelant

Well layed out Kept simple and very easy to understand

Pretty good

Only improvement I can think of would be to have a better variety of narrators. The fire brigade people were particularly tedious.

It would be useful to have a pause button so that you don't have to re-do a whole section if you are interrupted. Also a short rewind the back button means you go back to the beginning of the section when you may only need a quick recap because you have misheard or missed something.

Very informative and interesting

I found it was explained clearly and kept my attention. The human behaviour was surprising on how people react.

5/5
Comprehensive and easy to follow

Probably a little more information than I would need to know in my role as a supporting Fire Warden, but nevertheless will make me more observant within the office in future. A longer course than I expected, but much more time efficient than physically attending such a course.

There is a lot of just talking in the course, which can make loose interest. It might be better to have a small test at the end of each section to break the course up more, thus making the course more digestable.
