Much better than having to attend an external course as you can go over things at your own pace and go back to things you maybe didnt understand
easy to follow and understand
Enjoyed this training programme as it was interactive with video clips, clear information with good graphics and the audio descriptions throughout -made this topic quite interesting.
The sessions were in easy to follow bite size chunks. This helped for watching the video in a busy office environment.
Videos were at a good pace and relevant to training material.
Whilst I found this very interesting and I am confident to my role as Head Teacher in my school I feel I would have benefited from some guidance as to how much time to allocate to the Fire Warden Training as I found myself having to stop and start due to other commitments. I did think it covered many more aspects of Fire Warden Training than initially I thought pertained to this role so from that point of view it was enlightening. I hope I can live up to the role in the future should I ever be called to act as a Fire Warden in a 'fire' situation.
My only criticism is the parts where the fire brigade personnel are speaking are a bit quieter than the rest and the volume had to be at 100% to hear properly but other than that very good and comprehensive.
good and straight forward. i also found it very clear
I found the test quite easy, i believe this was due to the setup and process of the learning and testing throughout, i tend to get bored with stuff like this, but the short videos and questions during the sections made me keep focused. The test was good, most questions are common sense so may want to make it harder? as i skim read most sections and still got high grade
The CD is very informative but difficult to do whilst doing my job of work (Reception) it would have been much better to have been able to do it out with my desk on my own for the time it took as sometimes if I had to answer the phone of see to clients I missed parts of it and it was very time consuming to go back over them. This is not a critisim of your CD but how we had to watch it.
