IT DOES EXACTLY WHAT IS REQUIRED IN PLAIN SPEAK, FOR ALL TO UNDERSTAND.

I found it easy to follow and could do so in stages, in my own time, which suited me much better than having to be away from work to do some sort of refresher course. I would be happy to do this regularly, say ever 6 months to keep my confidence high.

The video's need a pause button otherwise it is fine

Easy to follow materials presented at a pace that I dictate.

I found this training really good and easy to follow and ideal to be able to work through at your own pace

I found the training programme very informative, easy to use and learnt more than I thought I would in relation to being a Fire Warden. In addition to that, am making myself more aware of my surroundings in relation to possible fire risks.

Really good instruction and info. on fire awareness, excellent section on ' human behaviour ' regarding the ignorance of the fire alarms sounding and no one moving; also the incident in the shop, astounding, the behaviour and complacency of people in the shop to the obvious danger, but they did not seem to notice !

I could not work out how to pause the session when interrupted by staff here, or how to fast forward. Please reduce some of the presenter's talking bits as they were not informative and wasted time. The instruction clips were better as they provided detailed intstructions and useful information. I prefer being trained by a human being as on-line training does not let me ask questions and interact with the trainer.

I found the video to be excellent training.It really opened my eyes to issues i had not considered before and had maybe became a tad complacent in respect of fire and its causes/results therefore. The video itself was clear, well driven and factual. Very impressed and satisfied that i learned the correct methods and information needed to help myself and others.

Helpful to cover a wide range of related issues both visually and via text.The ability to review sections as you feel is very useful. The only comment I would make is that the screen size cannot be adjusted, for example it was very difficult to see all the related items when asked to spot the hazzards around the office such as the paper in the fire alarm.
