I thought the course was very good, but could have been better. I felt that it could have included more activities, instead of just going through page after page and answering the odd question at the end, it had a very `powerpoint` feel to it. Activities such as linking the correct fire extinguisher to the correct fire would have helped my understanding, instead of trying to memorize the table that it showed. I also felt that some of the videos went on for too long and my concentration wavered. The one section where i would have liked to see a slide with some information on, the legislation section, was the only section that never had any.

Found it informative, could repeat sections if required and testing quite easy. Video's and other materials to support update/taiing good.

I have been a fire warden for some time and a lot of the information in the programme was not new to me although it is essential to have regular refresher courses as things are easily forgotten and since I have fortunately never been involved in an actuial fire I have never put the practices to use in a real situation. I am not complaining though and hope I never am involved in a real fire although if I was, thanks to this and previous training I would feel confident enough use an extinguisher.

Very informative. Use of videos and visuals helps to remember key points.

Liked this form of training as it meant I could work at the pace that suited me and did not have to leave school to gain skills and knowledge.

I found this programme very interesting and well worth the effort to complete the course. Would recommend to others and the speakers were very clear along with videos.

I really liked the format of this training tool - I especially liked the fact that I could dip in and out of the training so it did not take up a big chunk of time. It was very easy to use and was clear and informative

Really good content but option to print for later reference would be useful.
