A verry good training programme with bite size information that was easy to remember.

I found the training interesting and I felt that it was easy to learn. The videos were clear and easy to watch. The part with testing peoples awareness using hidden cameras was a clever idea and did surprise me. I enjoyed the quizzes at the end of each section as it helped to keep my attention and give me reminders.

usually Training courses like this one can feel a little preachy and its a case of going through the motions. this course however was interesting concise and didnt feel patronising at all. usefull information well presented at a good level

Very useful, I learnt a lot of information that I didn't already know. The dvd had detailed explinations that were clear and easy to remember.

Having not covered fire warden training before, I now feel fairly confident in my responsibilities as a fire warden and I think it will be a beneficial tool for all our fire wardens to learn from in order to improve our fire safety in the company.

The programme was clearly presented and broken down into sensible parts. I learnt a number of things especially about the reactions of people when an alarm is sounding. It was nice to have videos so that we're not just reading text, but the ability to pause/rewind/fast forward parts (for revision) would have been an improvement. Using members of the fire service in the videos gave them more authority. Perhaps have some graded questions, like easy, medium and hard, with a collated mark for each grade. All in all a good programme.

I was able to review any parts quickly and easily found the whole programme easy to use

The course was fine, with useful information for work and life generally. It did say on the e-mail that it would take 45 minutes but it took me twice that. I did this course at home as I wouldn't have that chunk of time to do it at work without interuptions.

The training on fire extinguisher i had already covered with our yearly fire training, but it always helps to refresh your memory.I found the course beneficial and would encourage other people to do the course.

I thougt that the training was very good and that the questions included as you worked through the various sections was useful. The information is clear and easy to understand. A good training course.
