Very good programme with the right amount of information without over loading it with technical information

i had a few problem once i had logged on the system, but once sorted I found system very easy to use

I feel after completing this course my knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities of a fire warden is more clear and concise, therefore more able to deal with all aspects of my responsibilities within the company as well all staff safety.

A very thorough and comprehensive training programme, that guides you through the relevant areas using language that all people can understand. The use of scenarios and feedback was very helpful.

I would highly recommend this training programme not only is it clear and concise but it also manages to engage the user with short and interesting video clips.

Very good but felt more detailed training on the types of fire extinguishers and their uses was needed.
