I found this interactive training aid very useful as i could complete the training both in my workplace and at home.
The programme was easy to follow although some of the sections did have quite alot of information to understand (technical flow charts etc) but overall enjoyable and made the experience quite simple.
The main improvements to this type of training would be for it to be provided directly person to person as this allows for questions and focus on issues particularly relevant to the circumstances. As this is purely online training it is probably as good as it can be given this limitation
I dont think anyone can afford to be causal with Fire Risk particuliarly in the Hospitality Industry were Guest and Staff safety is of great importance, this training programme covers the sudject very well, raises awareness and exposes the perils of complacency.
It helped me tweak some of the areas where I was unclear or hadn't even thought about. I feel better able now to deal well in an emergency.
Training is very clear and useful.
I feel I have learned a lot from this training and I also have taken notes for future reference, especially in the manual handling how we take everything for granted, brilliant info
A great way to train potential Fire Wardens, simpkle to use and very informative. I like the idea of being able to go back and review any subject that needs revision.
I found the programme to be well presented and easy to follow. The module format allowed it to be completed as convenient.
Two issues: 1. On some parts where there were no background informationa and only talking session, could not here some sentences being said as voice faded or volume distorted and 2: When scanning the obsesrvation video clips, the scanning was too quick, blurred and jerky. Had to replay a couple of different clips several times to see what I was looking at and I have very good vision.
