Very good explanation and visual displays.

it was useful as I was able to keep returning to the training package due to interrruptions. I particularly liked the videos on human behaviour as it demonstrated the importance of education.

The programme was good and very informative, however, i feel that where there is alot of information needed to be delivered to the fire warden, it is long winded. I had to sit the programme in two sections for this reason.

I enjoyed this DVD and it was a useful refresher, I might have missed it, but I think it would be improved by detailing what the pass mark is. I got a couple of qns wrong but can see the mistakes I made.

Useful for all staff to complete

In depth knowledge has to be imparted, for me, format felt monotonous. I wonder if doing the quiz first might be an option, then concentrate on areas of weakness. (if the course can be person centered) I made far too many notes, not knowing what type of questions would be asked, adding to the length of the training.

I think this is a very good training, although most is quite common-sense, I feel I am now more aware of the potential issues surrounding a fire and what it is important to think about in such a situation.It would be really useful to know how long the training should take though, to allow candidates to plan their time accordingly.

Actually enjoyed the course. Very informative, especially the fire alarm experiemnts showing peoples reactions. I expected more questions to confirm knowledge as the course progressed
