Great program which was detailed to the correct level. Covered all the relevant information; Would recommend the programs again!!!

it's a little too long, with all the videos so if you're a hands on learner it can become tedious and boring even though it's vitally important to go through.

The course was well laid out and contained all the relevant information I believe a Fire warden would need to undertake the role effectively. Most interesting was the section on human behaviours in the event of fire alarm, which I was aware of, but seeing this in the scenario in the video reinforced how people don't take things seriously enough. I am also glad that the course is open to revisit so that I can refresh my knowledge when necessary.

Good clear language used for explanation of modules, did not think it would take so long to get through them.

Too much information really, and theory is fine, but I think a half hour practical which included actually handling a fire-extinguisher would be more beneficial, as that is the key response time, and probably not an easy piece of equipment to use for the first time if you haven't handled one before. theory is fine but muscle-memory much more useful in a real emergency situation.

Covers everything required, good presentation style. The videos and interviews with real Fire officers is excellent, as are the Fire extinguisher demonstrations

The program was quite helpful. The demonstration videos on the fire extinguishers was very helpful, with clear explanations and showing how they should be used.. The way people reacted was also very enlightening showing how their behaviour can be improved by just the presence of a fire warden. no explanation was given as to why a fire triangle had suddenly become a tetrahedral. An explanation of why the extra fact now needed to e added in the modern world may help to keep it gelling together.

Informative and easy to use.

The Video learning format was well presented. I have used other video learning systems which did not work as smoothly as this one. I was impressed. The content I believe was suitably detailed for my needs.It also was a good mix of spoken,written and video content ensuring i never lost interest.
