Completed fairly quickly, with minimal fuss, however difficult to print off certificate due to laptop/pc connectivity

Well rounded summary of role, responsibilities and regulations, in addition to material ordinarily covered by the Fire Awareness in the Workplace training programme. Sadly lacked the option featured in the aforementioned programme to read subtitles, instead forcing the viewer to track down a set of headphones and endure all video spiels, some of which were completely superfluous. Either make your point, succinctly, or let me read your waffle faster than you can say "I'm going to state the obvious yet again, because this video can't patronise you enough."

Excellent and easy to understand with great illustrations and videos to further understand the training of being a Fire Warden.

I found this training programme really interesting and certainly opened my eyes to the threat of fire, and the ways it can be prevented, and the importance of an effective evacuation strategy. My only comment would be that it took almost 2 hours to complete the training, so to keep the trainee engaged maybe it needs to be more interactive.

The programme was excellent in all aspects of the training material. in my opinion, the visual nature and bullet point summation was conducive to learning and the different sections enabled the opportunity for note taking. I found that the material really sank in, enabling me to confidently and knowledgeably pass the test. My only constructive criticism or improvement would be to add a volume button as at times i found it difficult to here some of the presentation's due to the nature of media equipment used in my business.

This training programme is very good as it offers visual, audio and written information so either way you learn what you need to.

It was a well made programme which was easy to follow and understand. It also had a good mix of video's which included direct talking to camera, spot the mistake scenerio's and observation of human behaviour.

A very usefull program which helped me learn and understand more about Fire risks my roles and responsabilities which I would have not have known. Human behaviour part I found useful, it is interesting to see how people behave in a fire situation. All in all a very good program that all employees should have access to.

Well presented, clear information. Great that the trainee could go back and view again if required. Great that you showed how to use fire extinguishers correctly.
