very visial, in depth programme and very helpful that you can stop & start each unit. Also helpful that you can go back and listen to each section again where necessary. Helpful that it is multiple choice & that you get a certificate at the end.

I found it informative and practical.

Many years ago I attended a one day fire fire warden course with Surrey Fire and Rescue. The online training refreshed my understanding of that course. As a stand along traning tool I found it excellent.

very useful

The information giving you by using example are very clear and productive. I definitely recommend it.

the programme provides a good insight

practical training for the use of an extinguisher is still required

Some of the words were hard to hear on some of the video clips even with the PC volume on maximum. Otherwise comprehensive and repeated important items in different sections so it really sank in

I felt this programme was well set out.

After completing this programme, I felt that the categories were varied and useful, and that you could refer back to the categories of your choice. I also thought the variety of styles that were used were also engaging - video footage, illustrations etc. to keep the participate focused.

Good course for fire wardens

Very user friendly software, good level of detail.

Not Interactive Enough

Some sections of video where long and I lost interest. More questions required as you work through the sections to help memorise items and keep interest. In general though good presentation and use of flash, possibly give screen resolution options at beginning as the presentation was quite small on my screen.
