Although a lot of the training was common sense, I was suprised by how much of it I hadn't considered and so subsequently learnt

The training was good, but I found a few areas were a bit unclear hence the errors in my responses.

Everyone should be offered the chance to learn more in regards to safety.

Fantastic training tool, good questioning thoughout, videos were very helpful. Everything explained clearly and succinctly. Execllent training tool.

Using only the internal PC speaker for sound and with the sound setting to full some of the videos were very quiet - a volume setting would be useful. Otherwise very good.

I would have liked to have been given the fire extinguisher chart to study a little more after the test.

A very interactive experience that made the infirmation easy to absorb and retain.I just wish I could have saved the certificate as my printer failed so I'll have to redo the test

The programme was extremly informative and with a variety of illustrations to not allow participant to lose interest.

Only fault I had was the Fire Officer spoke very softly and I had trouble hearing him.
