Easy to understand and follow with very comprehensive content.

Too many videos of people talking for too long, needs to be sharper and snappier

The information was great but a little tedious at times. I did feel it was more of an inconvenience than anything else and was probably a bit too long. The in person half day sessions are preferable as this kept getting put to the back of my to do list and ended up being an inconvenience more than anything else.

Needs to state how long each section will take.

It was a daunting idea having to do a Fire Warden course, however the Interactive Health and Safety Company, made it easy and very interestng.I feel like I am ready to take on full responsibility as a Fire Warden.I would also like to thank your staff members for being so helpful! Our team who did the Fire Awareness course are overjoyed with their certificates! Thanks again.

It would have been good to know in advance roughly how long the whole training takes, so that I could plan it into my workload.I tried to print out my certificate, but for some reason it wouldnt print out? I would like to have the certificate, can you send me one?

I found the programme interesting and very easy to use, one of the good point about it was I could close it down and come back time and work load permitted.

A veru informative programme. It was kept short and concise and easy to follow.

The eLearning programme is very extensive and comprehensive. It provides more information that I really need in my role. It is slightly annoying that one cannot take the test until one has been through all the modules, which takes time. From a business point of view, it is not that practical for me to spend two hours at my desk working through this, as there are too many interruptions.
