feel that i have leant several aspects of five traing that i did not know and should have.

Easy to use and very informative.

i found this program very useful and an excellent way to inform and educate members of staff.

Excellent content the lengh of the course was just right and allowed you to learn at your own pace.

Only downside was that the officer from Bucks Fire Service spoke quietly and with no enthusiasm compared to the main presenter, meaning the watcher tended to lose interest.

Very easy to use and to follow. The modules were clear to follow and well presented which made the whole training process an enjoyable one.

The reason I gave this course a 4 star and not 5 was because I found as I am in an open plan office and in facilities, I kept having constant interruptions even though I had a sign in front of me saying do not disturb on a training course and I wasn't able to press a pause button instead I had to start the section again so I think it was finally about 6 attempts before I was able to complete and I found this distracting. The information was very clear, I would just like to have seen a pause button.

An excellent training programme for all fire wardens delivered in a clear, well balance manner in bite size modules. I would highly recommend the use of the training in all establishments and places of work.

Easy to understand, good mixture of facts with video, therefore not boring!
