The course was well structured and easy to understand.

I was most impressed by the training programme and would like to give all of the Supervisors, Leading Yeomen, VSAs and Yeomen who have fire warden duties at the Churchill War Rooms and HMS Belfast the opportunity of viewing it.

This programe was very good. I enjoyed listening to it as it wasn't to complicated or wordy. I feel i have learnt some good information regarding fire safety.

a very good refresher course

The Fire Warden Training was easily accessible and supported with audiovisual which really assists with understanding. Being a visual learner, I'm confident now in how to use the fire extinguishers. I hadn't realised how important a Fire Warden's role was until I undertook this training. If there was one small improvement that could be made (although I'm sure these are already available) I would like an aide-memoir of some aspects of the training. In particular, in reference to assessing the nature of the fire and the appropriate fire extinguisher. Although, still being able to access the programme might help with that.

Very good programme which includes lots of relevant detail

I thought the training was pitched at the correct level and the content easy to understand. The programme is easy to navigate which is important so overall very good.

"Videos with "police" staff talking were too long. Otherwise a good programme. If one has completed the fire awareness module recently, this one is a bit boring as lot of it is the same.

Good use of visual aids to demonstrate the learning but it was very long

After researching anumber of options for our Fire Warden training I found this product to be the most thorough and comrehensive course. Format is professional, interactive and detailed. Well worth the cost too! I should point out that the length of the course is quite long and instructions to trainees should include completing sections at a time rather than the whole course in one go!
