I liked the way that the program tested your understanding at regular intervals. I was disappointed that the certificate print out crashed and I subsequently logged back in to try and download certificate which was unsuccessful that the company was charged for two sessions instead of the one session I had actually taken to complete the course.

I found the programme easy to follow and understand as it was explained in simple terms that helped to make it easier to retain the information in rediness for the test.

Videos take too long to load and some slides also take long to load.

Course content was kept to a relevant items only, no waffling, no talkin about weather. Because it was automatated, able to follow course at own rate, no distractions from irrelevant questions, minimal disruption to normal working day. Good

A super way of presenting all we need in "real" language, good to be-able to stop part way through but maybe insert a test in the middle so that if you do the test in two different sessions you don't lose focus on what you have learnt.

I found the course interesting and enjoyable. If there was something I didnn't quite understand I could go back and do that piece again. The office environment wasn't quite condusive to learning as a classroom but on the whole I prefered it.

I managed to get through the entire programme in just a few hours, very easy to follow, very easy to understand. Managed to complete the Test in less than 5 minutes with a 100% completion

I thought it was a useful and helpful introduction to being a fire warden. It explained things clearly, with recognisable and easy-to-follow examples. I didn't over-use technical jargon and didn't speak down to the viewer. Perhaps the reviews at the end of each chapter could have included more than one question.

The way the training was presented and broken down into sections made it very easy to complete at a time that was convenient to me. I found it very comprehensive and clear and although the test at the end was reletively easy, i still made a couple of errors! I actually enjoyed doing it!
