Generally good - but some of the info contradicted fire service advice such as nominal call - we're advised to take head count only due to high numbers of staff
If completing the training away from a printer, there is no way to save the certificate for printing at another time. Could you achieve this award and then when the confirmation E-Mail is sent to acknowledge that you are finished, could you attach the certificate to print another time.
The training coarse was quite time consuming approx 3 hours. The questions at the end were straight forward however I could have answered three quarters of them without the training material.
Couldn't be simpler, no fuss log on, stop and start when you like, easy to go back if you missed something, Well laid out and presented, good underpinning knoweldge, excellent training
It has made me realise how important it is to have this role in the company
Is this another money-saving scheme, with the advantage of saying that a person has been trained in a course;having no practical experience built in.
A good training session, in places it seems to labour the point and instead of having 36 clicks of the mouse to get through a session, surely they can be joined up?
Good to re familiarise each year or sooner.
I thought that the fire warden training was very good. I have taken many online training exercises before and found them boring and monotonous. With the videos and stories included in yours it really helps to keep the learner engaged. The only recommendation I have is that I like to take notes as I learn so a screen at the end of each section displaying the key information for me to note down would have been useful. Many Thanks Luke Allen
