A good programme, easy to follow and informative
ONLY THINK WAS THE TALKING WAS LIKE A ROBOT AND THE VIDEOS WHERE NOT VERY CLEAR
I found the software easy to use, but the level of explanation was unnecessarily detailed, meaning that concentration may waiver. More emphasis should be placed on relevant/key information and less on issues of common sense. On the whole I found the software useful.
Very good, some of the videos could be a little shorter i.e. the "market research" watching the peoples reaction was too long.
While the audio and videos are clear and precise and subtext was available on screen, it would drastically improve the overall quality of the course if PDF filer were provided for all of the audio within the course to cater for students who’s learning style requires them to read information over and over again to consolidate their understanding.
Informative and useful
Simple and easy to understand.
Learned a lot and was easy enough and simple.
Easy to follow, able to do training at home and at own pace, revisiting any area to clarify information, excellent.
Generally good - but some of the info contradicted fire service advice such as nominal call - we're advised to take head count only due to high numbers of staff
