Well presented with good advice.

A lot of good information here. Put over in a logical fashion that is easy to grasp.

Too much info too quickly.

I am dyslexic and had to replay most parts two or three times to get all the relevant points.Took me three hours to complete when I was told it should take about one hour!

Very thorough. Only had minimal training previously but I now feel more in control and informed should a fire situation arise. I will also now have more confidence even during practice evacuations. I would recommend this training programme to anyone.

Excellent east to follow tution

Ideal for staff training. Takes little time and really easy to understand with instant results.

Covered all the necessary points.

The Training Programme covered all the points I thought necessary, and managed to keep the interest levels up on the most part (although the section on Fire Extinguishers was a bit long). The section on human behaviour was eye opening and reinforced the need for properly trained Fire Wardens.

this is a good IT course with a huge ammount of information on practise and the law. As a fire warden course the lack of any practical element is a severe handicap. Watching a video of someone operating a fire extinguisher is no substitute for doing it yourself also accompanying a trained person whilst he/she carries out a fire safety audit would be of great value
