good video but the best way to learn is a course with other people who can add value and ideas to a course and people can learn from

I found the program really easy to follow, in simple easy to follow and logical stages.

The Course was very informative and easy to follow. My only critiscm is the video of the people in the room not reacting to the Fire Alarm, I am sure it could be cut down quite a bit.

Just successfully completed the Fire Warden Training.It has been quite a few years that I have done anything with rgard to risk assessments so I found this very useful. The information was presented in easy to follow stages,in a professional way. I would highly recommend this form of on line training to anyone.

A structured and informed approach to a complex subject . By splitting it in to seperate easy to understand stages . The relavant points are put across well and reinforced when required .

Comprehensive training system with clear instruction and information

This programme was easy to understand and easy to direct around the programme. It gave enough information but didnt overload you. I found it very helpful. I also found it helpful that you could print of a certificate straight away instead of waiting for weeks for a certificate. This programme is fantastic and i would reccomend it to anyone of my colleagues. Thank you

I feel that as an interactive training this is very good - however I feel the benefits would be maximised with practical experience on how to handle equipment. I am aware that this is not your remit - as a computer based training this was very good.
