I found this course well planned and laid out and the online site was easy to follow and overall an excellent course.

An informative and interactive way of learning about Fire Safety. Long enough to cover major points and sections help break up the knowledge.

although informative I did `switch off` at points due to presenters. maybe use something to keep clients alert? I would have done in short sections but struggled so much to log on to the website I felt it was an all or nothing situation!

Excellent presented training

clear, concise cover of all areas in a reasonable amount of time. It would be helpful if the training remained open to enable review if necessary (not sure if this is possible) or short downlaodable document with main info, fire classifications, types of extenguishers etc

I FOUND THIS VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW

found program easy to understand it was direct to the point and could be gone over or repeated until you had gained the knowledge required, the step by step logical aproach was also very good

I found the programme very informative, it was well presented and very easy to follow i know now a bit more of the fire officers role in the event of an evacuation.
