Very informative, clear and easy to understand.

Clear and consise with learning outcomes tested at the end of each section. Also considered different learning styles

Seemed more of a general fire risk information program than one aimed at fire wardens specifically. Would be helpful if you could save a PDF of your certificate rather than have to print it there and then.

For someone WITHOUT specific learning needs I felt this was a VERY GOOD learning programme. It covered the subject matter very well and provided an interactive element that allowed for good understanding. It also gave time to make personal notes for revision purposes at a later date. If someone were to take this programme who was an undeclared Specific Needs (e.g. Dyslexic or one of the many other Sfn issues) I have to say that some of the words used might confuse them - Just a thought for other or future programmes!

I thought the structure and content of the programme was excellent. Well put together in bite size chunks, giving me a chance to absorb the information before being asked a question at the end of each section. The sound quality on one or two of the video clips was a little low and could be better,especially when the fire officers were talking.

A clear and simple process which was completed in a single day, largely in my employers time rather than mine, and at their expense, making it a fairly painless process for me. Having recently completed a 3 day First Aid at Work course (at my own expense and in my own time) this was a natural next step, but so much easier and cheaper. Easy to follow and to demonstrate that learning has taken place. Thank you, but afraid I do not do Facebook, so cannot help you with that, but would willingly recommend

I found the programme intersting, good details and easy to watch. It got the points across very well. Only one point i would make is, when trying to spot the 9 mistakes - i found it very difficult to actually see them. Especially the one with the red fire alarm where there was paper stuck behind it.

A good training programme which keeps your attention as broken up into sections.
