Well presented and a good mix of audio reinforced by the video. As above, in the clip where we were led through the building looking for fire hazards it was hard to spot some of them because of the low resolution and picture size. In the test sequence it would be helpful if the program automatically responded to an incorrect answer by going to the relevant section for review of the learning.

My only critisism andthis is only a small point was one of the fire officers rolled his eyes when he struggled momentarily getting his words out on one clip otherwise it was an excellent training programme!

Very easy to use and lots of checking knowledge along the way. Good mix of video clips too.

Easy to follow and break down into small sections ideal if you are not able to spare a lot of time in one hit. It would possibly be benificial to have a rewind/fast forward option or pause. A couple of time I was interupted and could not pause and continue I had to start that section again. Other than that a simple easy course to follow.

I found the training very informative and well presented in informing me of my duties as a fire warden and what to do with regards to prevention, law and action to be taken incase of a fire.

Whilst everything in the training is logical when you do the test thee will always be questions one may not have remembered the training sestion - it's relatively hard to go back in to check the resources to identify the sestion needed. A search box would be very handy!

On the whole, after getting help to start, the actual program was very good. I'm not completely comfortable with new things on a computer but once in it was very comprehensible if a little long.
