A very informative and useful training course well received thank you

A simple to follow training programme that delivers the basics in fire saftey in an easy to follow format. The way in which it was split into sections gave it some structure and makes it very easy to follow.

Overall content was good, covered most key points and was interactive enough without being overwhelming. The main point of concern/issue is remembering all the key information and essentially when essential to do so.

The training is educational & informative . Well packaged

An idea of how long the whole programme and each individual section takes to complete would be helpful. Also when doing this in the office environment you are constantly interupted so a pause button would also be beneficial.

Quite hard to find all the time needed and had to do the DVD over a couple of weeks a small part at a time.

If you dont have sound on your computer you will struggle to use it.

THIS IS A CHEAP WAY OF ALLOWING ORGANISASTIONS TO COMPLY WITH LEGISLATION REQUIREMENTS. I FEEL NO MORE COMPETENT TO BEING A FIRE WARDEN, THAN BEING ON BOMB DISPOSAL. COMMON SENSE APPROACH WILL PREVAIL, BUT IF YOU WANT "TRAINED" PEOPLE WHO FULLY KNOW WHAT TO DO , THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO IT. YOUR TYPE OF TRAINING MAKES A MOCKERY OF THE LEGISLATION
