The user should be able to start and stop the videos at any point, because having to start from the beginning was not useful in finding a part you wanted repeating so you could understand the information better.

A good piece of learning software. Some of the videos are a tad long winded, but it gets the job done with little disruption due to the independant method of learning this programme offers

I found the programme was very good, if a bit repetitive in places, easy to understand and to use. Information was passed over in a clear calm manner and demonstration videos were well narrated. Good clear charts which go to making information easier to understand. The facility to rewind and take time to understand is very useful too as not everyone learns at the same speed. Thank you.

I found the content to be relevant to our company, good source of information, well planned out and the delivery of the sessions very well done, I did however find that a couple of the videos did not load online but I still received a 95% pass, overall the design and format of the training session was very well done and I will be requesting a quote to purchase a CD for our fire wardens.

Allowed a person to go over materials and ensured that the person had duplicated and understood the materials.

I feel that the training supplied by yourselves was really easy to follow, well explained and presented in a logical format - thank you.
