Since some sections were rather lengthy, like the interviews.

The content was useful and has enavled me to see where potential hazzards might be and also identify that we are doing a good job currently and with a few addituions this will be even better. I would recommend this to a colleague.

Very easy to follow, very well explained. A very good programme indeed. One suggestion. I will be using the programme in a classroom environment with a few delegates. The constant need to keep clicking the mouse to proceed is a little annoying. Perhaps the inclusion of a link/start button which will allow all lessons to be viewed continuously from start to finish (unless paused) may be considered? Many thanks.

The training was very useful and covered the responsibilities of a Fire Warden comprehensively. I found it helpful to be able to go back and rerun elements of the training and to be able to do it in my own time. My only negative point is that there is nothing like the real thing and although for example, the use of fire extinguishers was covered comprehensively, I would still not be confident to use an extinguisher.

Content and quality of video very good. Easy to understand but took quite some time to complete. I will more than likely run through it again from time to time. May have been useful to have a programme specifically for office based staff.

This is a very clear and concise training programme, giving very good instructions and information. Being able to do the training at your own pace and to back over sections is very helpful

I would have liked a print off of the main points I've learned. What colour signs and extinguishers. HAZARD is potential and RISK is chance. Really good points.

I found this online training useful and relevant to my line of work. The information and questions were clearly communicated over the screens, I felt it was informative without being too long. I would recommend to others.

Having done fire training in the Armed Forces every year for 38 years this DVD was a very good reminder of what to do in case of a fire emergency. The part on peoples reactions to the alarm was first class and one that i will endeavour to instill in our personnel that they treat every alarm as real unless told otherwise. More questions on fire extinguishers would be a better way to highlight types of fire that could be faced; only one question on the misuse.

Found the course very interesting and really enjoyed doing it
