Having been on an instructor based course I think this compares with that very favourably.I personally would like to try this for a class of 12 using the disc based instruction on a lap top played through a projector if that was possible.This would enable interactive discussion and cut down on training time.

Being a company with regional offices throughout the UK this has proven to be a very reliable cost effective way of training staff.

Clearly explained, good mix of diagrams and video's to appeal to all learning styles. Punctuated with small tests to check learning and final test, all with the option to back track and revisit the information to reinforce the learning. Excellent tool to provide training, build confidence and check that learning has taken place.

The training was great kept my attention easy to understand and take in. The only thing that would have been really useful is a pause and rewind option on each slide especially the videos as it would have taken me half the time to complete if i hadnt had to watch several of the slides entirely through again to pick up bits i missed or needed clarification on. This is very time consuming especially with the long video slides.

I think this programme is really informative and I've learnt quite a lot from it.

This programme was easy to follow and was broken up with video clips to maintain interest. All the main points required from the Fire Order were covered and I personally feel much more confident taking on the role of a fire marshall.

This was great training and something that has made me feel more confident about how to be aware of evacuation processes and also how to tackle a fire if need be, this training can save lives.

I do one every year and think thay are well put together .
