LEss painful than I expected; it was good to have members of the fire service explaining these issues and there was interesting content on human behaviour and fire extinguishers.

I found the training very easy to follow and enjoyed doing it. Thanks.

Good Training Aid

Only critisism would be that the course doesn't have to be done in one session but the test can only be done once all sections have been covered and a test at the end of each section would be better.

very informative, but a lot was repeated from the fire awareness course so sat through all what i had already done, if everyone who is a fire Warden has to do Fire awareness then i think it could be cut down quite a bit to save time.

Really good training. I felt it covered all the points that it needed to.

Video's helped me to understand and learn more easily, made me more aware of how people think in reality of a fire

Very Good course material - easy way to learn online by listening - assessments along the way help with the test at the end!
