The course was very informative and easy to follow. I feel the content was adequate and concise.

Found this course very informative, easy to follow stages and a lot more relaxing being able to sit and do it on line at your own pace giving you more time to take in the information given to you look forward to any more courses available on line.

Kept notes of each part of the training as find it useful to keep. Would have liked a pause button on the test as did get interupted a few times but it's very useful in the fact that you can go over the same slide again.

Liked the fact that you could go back and forth and not have to complete in one visit. Reminded me of areas I had forgotten.

I liked this training because you can do it at your leisure, the flexibility is excellent. The training and video clips were very helpful and gives you a clear understanding, of the importance of the fire warden role. Also the training provides a certificate at the end.

Very well written covering all the major points in easy to understand terms - only bad point only do in an inviroment where you cannot be disturbed it did not help my scoring with the constant interuptions. When I do multi choice it has to be quick fire or else I begin to doubt what I know!
