Learning through this training programme has allowed me to achieve within my own time at no additional costs or time constraints, excellent as if you are unsure, you can repeat and go back.
to give it a 5 I would like to have been able to dip back into the sessions during the test. Also I would like to be able to pause the video as this method of training is suitable to workplace training however interruptions happen.
Very good and interactive learning programme.
Training CD very good, only thing I would point out is that changes in legislation may well affect this in the future, otherwise all good
I would recommend this programme to anyone as you can go at your own pace even do one section at a time and come back later, or another day. This means that it can be done during quiet times at work without feeling rushed at all. It also lets you repeat any sections that you're not sure of before taking the test.
This was a easy and extremely useful programme, it was simple, easy, not so quick but it was worth while and I am now refreshed with the responsibities I am to do.
Really good programme, my problem is I am trying to do it whilst answering a busy switchboard so loose concentration.

Found the training simple to follow and logical to a degree however I personally think I should have broken it down over a longer period of time as concentration fluctuated.
