Good, but could be tweaked

Overall this is a great course which covers fire warden duties in a clear, concise, and unfussy way.A few observations:1. A lot of the content is the same as in the Fire Awareness course, but this is a good revision aid, and also means that the courses can be assigned to an employee together or separately as is needed.2. My one complaint, as someone based in Scotland, is the focus on England and Wales when fire regulations are covered in the Proactive Duties section. The course states that regulations are slightly different for Scotland and Northern Ireland, but subsequently uses terminology and details specific to England and Wales (the 'responsible person' in the England and Wales act, which does not exist in Scottish law). While I did read the Scotland-specific information provided in the pop-up links, I still sometimes found it difficult to know what the equivalent was in Scottish procedures. One way to fix this would be to have the presenter add an "If you are in Scotland... If you are in Northern Ireland..." after talking about the responsible person and related procedures. This would make the videos a little bit longer and more involved, but in my opinion, it would make things clear, and people using the courses could ignore/skip what wasn't relevant to their region. Another way would be to have a kind of tree of options so the person being trained could click a button and be taken to the video and transcript with the information that was relevant to their region.3. It is impossible for a generalised online course to go into to ins and outs of an individual office building and setup, so people responsible for a building's fire safety and fire warden training should use this course as a complement to practical onsite training, not as a replacement.

Great very informaticr

Definitely worth doing, alot of knowledge was gained from this training. Feel much more confident and in control now if I had to deal with a fire incident.

Very good

The training was good however when mentioning class A, class B etc fires they should also mention the type of fire this is to help remind the person e.g "class B - flammable liquids" instead of just saying class B.
