I found the training user friendly and easy to learn with the variety of learning (videos, talks etc). It was good to have the test at the end. I would recommend this training to others and will look at the other modules offered.

It was very good to be able to do the training in chunks. The presentations were clear and the videos very useful. The video on group behaviour when the fire alarm sounds was a revelation. One of the best on-line training sessions I have done.

The training programme was extremely thorough and very well presented in an informative and interesting manner.However, there was a lot of information to be taken in at one go and so although I passed with 75% I would like to redo the programme again in order to be sure I have taken all the detail on board.

the programme gave a good coverage of what was required to be completed to ensure the safety of others. One point I would mention in the senario with the people in the room for an alleged survey, for health and safety reasons I would question why no basic instructions were given, I know this was to show reactions but for basic H&S instructions have to be given, question what would have been the outcome if that was for real and no housekeeping instructions were given? I think something should be mentioned that this was deliberatly not given for this programmw.
