Very clear and easy to follow
I found the training very informative and each module of the training was very effective.The video clips of the fire officer using the fire extinguishers was very good as it was a visual image of how the equipment should be used correctly.Very good .
Having a test at the end is always a good thing to ensure learning has taken place.
Very useful and infomartve way of completeing refresher.
NEW AND INNOVATIVE
It was v.good and layed out in a logic manner. I would have liked to be able to pause the programme at stages were the written info within 1 section went to 2+ pages whilst I was taking notes rather than have to rerun sections.
A must for all companies
The course was very informative and relevant to my job. The only criticism I would have is that some of the video tutorials went a little too quickly, I was making notes as I took the course and I had to replay some of the videos 2 to 3 times.
