I found this step by step programme very easy to follow. As I didn't have the time to complete the programme all in one go, it was helpful being able to return to a previous session at anytime.

very good overall, a little long-winded in places but a very informative programme
A lot of the dvd is mainly common sense apart from the different types of fire extinguishers and what type of fires they are for.
I enjoyed this training CD and found it to be a good source of basic information required in the event of fire in my workplace.

I thought the pictures showing 'conduction' and 'convection' in the test were not as clear/large as they could have been. It was great to be able to do it in sections and you always knew what you had completed.
This is an excellent, focussed and thoughtfully put together training package which hits the button. Accessible by people of all abilities, and delivered in a measured and pleasant way. I'm glad I put my staff through the programme, and benefitted from doing it myself as well.
