I liked it but I prefer a training in a group with a lecturer where can discuss the topic

A very interesting course I gained quite a lot from it.

Good use of videos and speakers

The training was first class and easy to follow. It would be handy if all the videos had a pause function.

The section on human behaviour was very good.It would of been nice to have a visual indication of how long on average the training takes to complete. Also I exited midway after completed 2.5 modules. On return I had to retake the part completed module, as my progress in the module had not been captured.

Really needed to concentrate ! Has made me more aware of my surroundings and any potential fire hazards. Unfortunately my name is spelt wrong on my certificate, is there any way this could be sorted??

Excellent easy to use training. Clear and concise imforation easy to understand and actually delivers useful learning. Now getting all my team to cokmplete the training.

I really enjoyed the course and felt it was easy for a lay person to understand. I also felt the questions at the end of the session were encouraging as I had worried about the test at the end.Also not being able to pause the session at any time (apart from a page at a time) was a bit of a problem as I am on reception!!

A fantastic resource, although some spelling and punctuation errors! I'm sure I'll get over it...
