This program is easy to follow and if taken step by step anyone can follow it without brain over flow the fact that you can also go back and go over something you were not to sure about and also you didnt have to do the whole thing in one go... take 1 section at a go,.

It was a good prorgamme that allowed you to learn at your own pace - relearning any topics necessary. Use of video / visual and oral tools to enhance learning meant it was easier to grasp and understand the knowledge.

Found content easy to follow and variety of presentation helpful. However the slowness of changing from one section to another was very irritating. Also it would be useful if there was a pause facility on every page - I often have to do training modules at my public counter and therefore either have to serve a customer or the volume of conversation from other staff & customers requires, ideally, a pause.
