it was very informative

very good easy to understand

4/5
Easy to follow

The training was interesting and very informative, especially the part about human behaviour, which was so true. All very helpful should a real emergency arise.

5/5

4 Stars

The programme is easy to use. I found it easier to do away from work due to background noise. there is a lot of listening required and it is easier to do at home. Good and eqasy to use, detailed where it needs to be.

4/5
Every Educational and knowledgeable

I can use this knowledge and practice in all environment where-ever I go. (I hope not)

5/5
interesting and useful

Covers all you need to know about fire safety and may prove useful in the future. Covering the types of fires you may encounter and which extinguisher to use for each one was particularly informative.

some videos were of poor quality

pieces where firemen talked to camera were too long. i received fire warden training, initially, from a trained fireman and your training compares unfavourably with that. i dont think this training is suitable for online work.

2/5
clearly presented and easy to follow

The style and tone of presentation was clear and made the course easy to follow without being too technical .

5/5
End test anytime not at end

The end test should be able to be done at any time during the course. People who teach H&S, but still need to do the training, may be already up to speed and it seems to waste a lot of time trailing through things they are already may be teaching teaching

4/5
Clearly presented, easy to use

Very well designed with clear instructions. Especially liked being able to repeat small pieces where necessary without having to go back to start. One 'problem' - not everyone will be able to do it at work (because of the continual interruptions) so a lot of people must be doing it at home and not everyone will have Windows XP and an internet connection at home. I had to use various different public computers, not all of which had internet connection, which caused problems logging in each time. You only accepted my work e-mail yesterday, prior to that you would not accept it and I had to use my personal e-mail. If it weren't for this I would have given you five stars.
